It is so rewarding to walk with Educators through their personal and professional journey. We are returning to the Lounge! We will discuss the journey of Educators and build a community. We will focus on strategies and approaches to tapping into your personal development. It is not an intense discussion just an awareness discussion from Dr. Cynthia's perspective on some triggers of why there is a increase in violence and looking with an open mind that there is not just one reason why this is happening. I get so tickled when I can not pronounce my student's name correctly. I do my best to pronounce my student's name correctly each class session; however, I just can not get it right.
