Kristi reads an email sent to phantomsandmonsters.com about a woman's brush with her grandma who passed. Vicky bravely discusses personal events surrounding the 9/11 terrorist attacks that occurred 18 years ago today, as well as missing person Arturo Alva-Moreno, who was taken off the official victims' list despite his daughter's insistence he worked on the first tower that was hit.
