Aimee is best known for her work as an international wellness chef, and specialises in curating Conscious Catering for events. Her eclectic style of cooking has been influenced by her wide culinary experience living around the world from Sydney, London, Singapore and now LA.
She can be found most days at the local farmers market, where she finds her inspiration working with locally sourced, organic, and seasonal ingredients. Her signature conscious cooking style incorporates an “Eat the Rainbow” mantra, where she uses unique and colourful foods, herbs, and spices that make her food both incredibly nourishing and beautifully appealing.
