I'm getting completely vulnerable about the identity shift that's happening as The Walks have grown from word-of-mouth to viral posts that bring in hundreds of newsletter subscribers and dozens of host applications every time I share.

This week has been absolutely wild, and I had to share what happened when I started actually listening to those quiet little voices in my head.

You know those random nudges you get? The ones that tell you to reach out to someone, try something new, or invest in yourself even when it doesn't make logical sense? I've been following them religiously lately, and the synchronicities that followed have me completely shook.

Ever feel like you're watching your own life unfold like a TV show? Because that's exactly what I want us to dive into today.

My DMs have been absolutely flooded since I released the breakup episode - people are going through major relationship shake-ups and it's got me thinking... we're in a collective switch up right now, and I want us all to lean into it.

Here's what I'm challenging you (and myself) to do: Look at your life like you're watching a TV show.

You're the main character, and you're sitting there as the audience member. What would you be screaming at the TV about? What would you be like "OH MY GOD, why doesn't she just DO this thing?!"

I'm putting myself in the hot seat first.

There are three things I would be absolutely blue in the face screaming at myself to change:

1. Start showing my face more on social media (yes, even though I'm a total cave woman who loves hiding behind the scenes)2. Actually talk about what I sell instead of being all mysterious about my offers like it's some "if you know, you know" situation
3. Learn to receive help and strengthen what I call my "receiving muscle"

I'm sharing my whole journey - from being that girl who submitted everything at 11:59pm in college to now being three episodes ahead (my mom would be SHOOK). I also dive into this fascinating concept I discovered about inward vs outward gazes (think Marilyn Monroe vs Michelle Obama energy) and how I'm experimenting with shifting my whole approach to giving and receiving.

This episode is me getting real about why I'm ready to move from pure giving into a season of receiving, and how that shift is going to help other women do the same.

I'm sharing something that normally I would keep to myself - how seeing other people start walks inspired by The Board Walks actually pissed me off... and how that anger became the exact motivation I needed to finally expand my mission.

I'll be real with you. For 3 years, I've been holding back on bringing The Board Walks to more cities because I was scared.

Scared of managing that much energy, scared of the bigness of the vision I received back in July 2022. But last Saturday, the universe served me a cosmic wake-up call when I saw multiple people launching their own versions of what I created.

Instead of staying in frustration, I channeled that energy into action. I emailed 40+ people who had applied to host chapters, I'm working with an incredible designer (and OG Walk regular) on our brand identity, and I'm launching The Board podcast.

My goal? 10 cities minimum by the end of 2025.

This episode is about recognizing when your anger at others is really anger at yourself for not moving fast enough on your dreams. It's about honoring the bigness of your vision even when it feels overwhelming. And it's about trusting that you've been prepared for exactly what you're being called to do.
