It was only right for me to talk about ending cycles on today because so many times I tried to go back for a “what if” I had to accept that things happen as they are suppose to and that every experience led me back to myself. Because of that I am right where I need to be. In my book Balanced Expressions: Volume 1, I share some of the experiences that I had when I was not taking care of myself. I was searching for love within other people that led me to acknowledge the love for myself. It was definitely new because it went against the idea of love that I accepted from childhood and that was simply what I saw on tv. I’m grateful that I came back to myself. I honor my center. I honor who I am. I release what is not serving me. We can’t repeat something over and over again expecting different results and that’s just it. All in all, WE MADE IT!
