Susan is a coach certified in mind-body eating, mindful eating, mindful eating for bariatric surgery and a mindful eating workshop facilitator. She studied at The Institute for the Psychology of Eating and Am I Hungry? ® She specializes in helping people manage their relationships with food, body image and weight. She provides support with issues of unwanted eating behaviors, mind-body connection, and stress management. Susan’s approach is based on non-judgmental self-acceptance and the achievement of personal goals.
