Introduction to The Empathetic Man

Now a days people dont know how to express themselves. To some feeling an emotion and expressing it is taboo. To be a man and express yourselve is more of a taboo. But being LATINO or coming from an immigrant cultured environment especially Mexicans. IS FORBIDDEN!! I say Mexicans cause I can speak from my experience, since my mother and father were 1st generation Mexicans and being a 2nd generation Mexican I had to adapt to not just the Mexican culture but the American culture. In this podcast I will be speaking from my experiences in life growing up in California moving to az , having a cultural shock, learning how to adapt, loosing myself in the process, loosing a father to alcoholism , breaking the curse of not being one too, traumas being brought  up into my teenage years from child hood , loosing myself again and finding my self in my late 20’s, father hood. Now finally understanding what meaning of Life is. Working to be the best version of myself and taking control of my emotion and empowering myself and others to be successful. ITS POSSIBLE!
