The Power of Story Telling - The Transformation, in the end of a hero's journey we are more intrigued by the transformation of the hero than by the achievement ... 

In every story the hero has to break through a wall, we saw that yesterday, and today we'll see the first 'transformation' ... tomorrow we'll see the call and the Guide .... 

The Hero hits the wall ... What was the wall you hit in your story?

Do you find it hard to be your authentic self? Do you find it difficult to be honest with yourself and others? Do you struggle with miscommunication in your relationships? Do you feel anxious during conversations?  All of these indicate a need to balance the throat chakra. Healing exercises help activate the throat chakra to restore the ability to listen to and express yourself honestly.

Every good (hero) story follows the same script ... doesn't matter what culture, what audience, what genre ... this episode is about the first two steps in that story ... the back story of the hero and the desires of the hero... He/She is going to leave his current situation to find something .... that he or she is after ... 

Story Telling ... almost all successful people know how to tell stories ... not (only) fictional ... but real life stories ... they now how to captivate their audience... We all have an audience ... We all need to learn how to tell our stories ...

The 6th human need is the need for contribution... it's a need we all have but we are not always able or willing to fulfill it. If there is one need that can be linked to 'life satisfaction' it would be the need for contribution.
