About Bart van Grinsven -
Bart van Grinsven is the founder of Flow and Matter, where he works as a Dreamcatcher and Lifeshaper, helping successful entrepreneurs transition to more fulfilling and aligned lives. Born in the Netherlands, but raised in Belgium, his journey began there, where he ran a fashion business with his wife for 18 years. In 2019, they decided to follow their hearts, sold their business, and moved to Spain with their three children. This decision allowed Bart to reinvent himself and pursue his passion for coaching.
Bart specializes in guiding entrepreneurs who feel stuck or out of alignment with their current work. He helps them reconnect with their deepest desires and embrace the gifts they have been entrusted with. Through a combination of nature retreats, the Positive Intelligence framework, and one-on-one coaching, Bart leads clients to (re)embrace their essence and find fulfilment in their personal and professional lives.
With a background in business, an ICF coaching accreditation, and a deep connection to nature, Bart’s approach is rooted in authenticity, purpose, and balance. His clients, who include leaders and founders of multi-million-dollar businesses, share a common desire to make a positive impact on the world, and Bart supports them in doing so by helping them align their talents with their purpose.
Bart’s love for nature began during his time as a Boy Scout, and he continues to draw inspiration from the natural world in his work. He believes that everything in nature works in harmony, and his mission is to help people find their own place in that system, leading to more authentic connections, balance, and a deep sense of happiness.
