This is a message for those in grief and in the turmoil of transformation. Growing pains are real! It's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when all you see is darkness or aftermath. Just keep swimming, one step at a time, keep on keeping on, as they say. You are doing a good job. There is a reason for everything. ❤️
