Later, we welcome on attorney and host of Amicus: A Law Review Jim Santelle, to discuss the Alien Enemies act court case being heard right now - in response to the Trump administration illegally detaining immigrants during "peacetime." They also get his take on the Hegseth text message debacle, and wrap up with his explanation and opinion on the potential need for a constitutional amendment, or even a convention.
