Believe it or not, there is nothing you can do to motivate God to love you. There is absolutely no effort we can put in or leverage on to merit His Love. This truth may be hard to accept, especially when love stands as one of the most misconstrued words in our world today.
Particularly, a man in evil will struggle to believe that God genuinely loves him, because sin obscures his perception of God's love. Yet, God never ceases to graciously shower His infinite mercy and love on us. We are simply insignificant creatures, who are privileged to be recipients of God's enduring love.
In this message, “The Enduring Love of God”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter draws out a perspective on God's Enduring Love for Mankind. He explains how God seeks to bring us to a place of proper faith, which is grounded on a revelation and inward appreciation of God's faithfulness and love towards us. Beloved, may your heart be open to perceive God's great love for you, as you prayerfully engage with this message.
Theme passages:
Psalm 136 KJV “... for his mercy endureth forever”
Luke 18:10-14 KJV The Parable of the Pharisee and the Publican
Key Scripture: Lamentations 3:21-22 KJV
[21] This I recall to my mind, Therefore have I hope. [22] It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, Because his compassions fail not.
Other Scriptures: Luke 19:12-21, John 16:25-27, Eph 3:14-21, John 15:9, Psalm 8:4
