Phil and Isaiah cover the winter sporting events from 1/6 to 1/11.  Girls basketball is winding down its regular season and the tournament is going to be under away next week. The boys season is winding down as they finish up their regular season as well! Wrestling competed for the state duals and the NWOAL bowling meets were also going on this weekend! The guys break down the weeks sporting events from the week of 1/30-2/4 in what was a fantastic week of high school sports.  A big upset for LC over the Liberty Benton Eagles squad who came in state ranked number 5 and the Tigers came away with the win.  Defiance has its 14 game win streak ended and the NWOAL league race is really heating up with Wauseon taking the top spot after the week.  It's NWOAL bowling next week and wrestling state duals next weekend! Isaiah, the Snowman and The Minuteman dive in to a recap of last weeks winter events in the area.  We have some special guests on the show as head boys basketball coach Greg Badenhop and girls bowling coach Rick Shady join us to talk about their respective squads.  The wrestlers had a great showing in the Sally George tournament over the weekend placing 2nd and wrestling well and Xander Meyers picked up his 100th career win.  Bowling and boys/girls basketball were all active this weekend as well in what was a really exciting week in winter sports.  HUGE matchups coming up this week on the boys and girls side of things as the girls tournament seedings will be released today and the boys seedings being released next weekend.  A jam packed episode of good quality content you wont want to miss all here at The Endzone Militia

Isaiah and I jump into stuff from last week as we bring you a little bit different of an episode this week.  We have two special guests that join the show to talk about their respective teams!  Coach Westhoven for the LC wrestling team joins us as well as Tim Davis, head coach of the 15-1 Lady Tigers who are out to the programs best start in school history.  Coach Westhoven breaks down the Coldwater Invite and senior night against Wauseon and some other really good insights.   Coach Davis talks about two big league wins from last week and a look ahead to the game of the year against Bryan on Thursday night which could determine the league champ!  A bunch of great stuff you won't want to miss only here on The Endzone Militia.

The guys' run down the games from last week, including some really good LC-Archbold contests on the boys' and girls' side of things.  Some big wrestling matches also on the bill as LC and Napoleon get good wins this week on the matts as well.  Two 1000-point scorers this week on the hardwood for boys' and the girls' league race is really heating up now as we go down the final stretch of the season! Special guest Scott "The General" Armey joins the crew this week as the winter sports season is most certainly in full throttle now.  We have two very special young ladies on as Alyssa Giesige and Peyton Armey join us to talk about the LC Tiger girls' basketball team and all the success, they are having this season!  We ask them some questions about the team chemistry and the recipe that has been so vital to them winning this season!  Wrestling and bowling are also now in full swing as well as the league race picks up at the alley, and the mats will start to get hit even harder.  A BIG week ahead this week in the local sports picture and you can catch it all here at The Endzone Militia! 

C.J., Isaiah, and Phil dive into the area winter sports schedule from the past week and a half for our coverage team.  We talk about the NWOAL bowling standings, as well as going over the LC results for the Fricker's Duel.  We talk about some of the area sports girl's teams who have been on fire like Bryan and Liberty Center!  The boy's side of things are full steam ahead as well as we look ahead to the Henry County Classic and the hot area matchups of the week! We have special guest Shane Hollenbaugh on to talk about some of the awesome things that they are doing at Three Cord as well! 

The guys dive into some CFP talk and preview the matchups.  We also look at the upcoming boys/girls' basketball in the area, which feature some very good teams and players! We talk a little bit about wrestling as well as we get rolling into the winter season! We run through the State Championship games quick for this weekend and we also predict the conference championships for College Football this weekend as well.  We spend most of this episode talking about the LC Tiger football season with Zane and Owen, as we reminisce our favorite plays from the season and theirs! This is very wholesome content, talking with Zane and Owen was really cool.  We are a little more laid back in this episode, but we had some fun with this one, so we hope you enjoy the stories and the laughs.
