Carrie specializes in innovation and consumer insight as she takes global trends from a 30,000 viewpoint and helps students understand the impacts these global changes will have right here in the Midwest. It wouldn't be wrong to say that she's Engler's crystal ball with her expertise in anticipating what the world will be.

I've always been told 'Oh if you don't know what you want to do, that's okay. You don't have to know,'" says Engler Entrepreneur, Cheyenne Gerlach.

"And for me, I've known since I was 15. I've always known I want to work with international agriculture. I want to fight hunger."
