So this time is kind of like the situation I explained where you drive past the gym, or driving past the gym, or sitting on a bench outside the gym, or (my favorite) going in the gym and just standing in the gym. This is a lot of effort and you may look good in your workout clothes, but is not going to make you have a six-pack.

I've been working on different ways to encourage people to not be afraid of technology. I think what bugs me the most is when people say I don't know how and they don't ask for help. So one of the first things I want you to do instead of saying I don't know how to do something. Try to figure it out first ask for help second and then assess your level of expertise because sometimes there are things that you can mess up if you try to do it on your own.
