Nathan began his career as a multi-unit franchise owner with Curves International, where he learned the fundamentals of cash flow, systems, and scalable business operations. While still operating his franchises, he started to transition into real estate and eventually found his niche in mortgage note investing. Today, Nathan is the founder of Earnest Investing, where he helps investors "be the bank" through passive, asset-backed mortgage note investments. He's also the co-host of The Real Estate Notes Show podcast and the organizer of the annual Diversified Mortgage Expo. Nathan still remembers his humble beginnings painting fences for a summer and getting a taste of what it's like to be an entrepreneur.
