The Entrepreneurs Launchpad

In this powerful debut episode of The Entrepreneurs Launchpad, host Claudia sits down with Mitchell Dunn, founder of DunnRite Lawn Care, to explore how one man transformed hardship into hope — and built a thriving business grounded in redemption, resilience, and community impact.

Mitchell shares his journey from incarceration and addiction to entrepreneurship, revealing how he turned rejection into motivation and how his “Free Mow Fridays” initiative has become a local symbol of giving back. From completing his first-ever qualification through the Sarina Russo Entrepreneurs program to employing others who’ve faced similar challenges, Mitchell’s story proves that your past doesn’t define your future — your choices do.
