This week on EJR, we will be going into more detail regarding the damage done by the arbitration tool known as ISDS or the Investor Settlement Dispute regimen.  ISDS is a major feature built into bilateral and multilateral trade agreements for the past 50 years. More recently, ISDS has been used to set aside established law in areas other than tariff policies. ISDS has been called a tool of economic destruction and this week I will discuss individual cases.
