The Equestrian Mum's Club is doing incredible work in being a platform for fellow Equestrian Mums or mums to be to seek camaraderie, advice, support and just generally being there for each other without the toxicity (including the positive!) that can come with both Motherhood and Equestrianism.

🎙An action packed episode this week for the Double D's Live Podcast!🎙

We got caught up on our weeks: Muir's weekend away and Sarah's re-organising of her pantry 😂

The Hot Topics brought us onto Sarah's findings on the FEI website and how small steps towards more visibility for women in the sport could have a big impact. (There's an article dropping tomorrow morning at 7am, which includes the all female athlete spreadsheet 😜). And Muireann spoke about the changes phases of life and how you couldn't pay her to now to go to a rave... Oh how things have changed! 🙈

This episode was definitely a bitter sweet one as we paid tribute to the legend that was Polidam and all the goodness he brought to Muireann. We learned about his racing career, his time in the show ring and his early but wonderful retirement - he will be missed 🐎😇

We did also chat about British Showjumping updating their rules to allow dark breeches in competition, forming plans with Equitas and "Convo Cards" - where there appeared to be an elephant in the room! 🐘

Our Rides and Wrongs of the week were random as always, Sarah's back on the coffee and Muir is well and truly done with salad 😂
