First time guest, Grayson Bailey. We ain't talkin' bout nothin'. Just two Erics just choppin' it up!

I've been feeling pretty creative as of late. Pulling up a demo of a song I flirted with right after my mother passed away.

Though this has been sitting in the archives for a couple of years (crazy to think it's been that long), I'm feeling an itch to start dabbling more in the creative spaces from my past.

I'm just talking ball and testing out my new headset. Don't take anything I said here; or anywhere for that matter, seriously.

In true Father's Day fashion, I take the time to sit down with my own dad and learn a thing or two about him.

As a pair that didn't really engage in conversation until 2015, the audience gets to learn along with the host who Ernest Bailey is, what made him who he was, and what can come from a father/son dynamic after trying to build that bond into adulthood. Shoutout to all the fathers out there!

If you're not already aware, my mother passed away at the beginning of 2022. 

As someone who was always willing to help me with anything I asked her for, my mom helped me out with a mock podcast for a class. I recorded 14 minutes of raw audio back on November 3, 2019.

When I pulled this raw audio out of the vault, I decided to clean it up, add some ambient sound to the background and shared it with all of you.

Again... I don't know how this is going to land with anyone else, but for me... it was great hearing her voice again, even if it is as a memory.
