In this episode, we revisit the topic of what employees and managers need to do to be ready for Workday to go live at Mass General Brigham. The focus for part two is what employees and managers need to do day one and week one in our new technology, and shortly thereafter. The more prepared we are for the new world of work, the more we will all be able to focus our efforts for training, and making sure we have as smooth a transition as possible in the new year.
