Dr Ioan Alin Nistor is an associate pro¬fessor at the Faculty of Business, “Babes- Bolyai” University. His understanding of finance comes from his decade long experi¬ence as a professor of Corporate Finance, Public Finance as well as Behavioural Fi¬nance. He graduated the Faculty of Eco¬nomic Sciences and Business Administration, “Babes-Bolyai” University. He receives the PhD title in Finance in 2006 and between 2008-2010 continues his studies as a Post- PhD researcher at the Kobe University, Ja¬pan. During his academic career he received specialization in the field of finance at the Michigan State University, Nottingham Trent University, Odense University and was a guest lecturer at the Kyoto University and Kobe University. He plays an active role as a researcher taking part in a lot of national and international conferences.
