We take some of the time this calm before the storm has brought in order to chat about one of our favourite Eurovision countries. Ukraine has had an incredible run in its 19 participations since its debut in 2003, with 3 wins and memorable contestants that have truly made history.

Barbara brings us the best from her very own lecture, Ukrainian Magic: Visual Heritage in the Eurovision Song Contest, which she recently delivered at the University of Groningen. Amongst those present, a very special guest, Kateryna Pavlenko, lead singer of Go_A, who talked about her own thoughts on Ukraine’s role in Eurovision and its impact. We're back with our annual review of the OGAE Second Chance entries of this year. As a reminder, these songs are selected by the official Eurovision fan clubs amongst those that did not achieve the national selections of their countries, and they are voted by the club members to select their favourites.

Although voting is now closed, we did not want to miss out on the chance to review the songs and believe us, there are some strong opinions here!
