Despite that, there are still concerns about canola tariffs, when seeds can be put in the ground and whether the moisture this year will really be enough. One issue of the upcoming federal election that holds significance for Saskatchewan and Western Canadian provinces is what the ultimate fate will be for the federal emissions cap.
