After fending off an attack from a band of Gnolls, The Folly are sent off by Kanan to find their camp and take out the leader so as to protect the caravan from being followed. Things actually go well for the party as they make a plan and execute it competently. With the Gnoll threat seemingly dealt with the caravan gets moving again. The Folly are on their way to Lirindil, but the road is long and potentially dangerous. In order to alleviate some of that danger, they take on a job as protectors of a caravan also traveling to Lirindil. It's there they meet up with, amongst other interesting individuals, a mysterious cleric (played by our special guest Codi Hauser from Wayfarer Dice!) who shares a special connection with our very own Paladin, Bear Withme. Things are never easy with The Folly, and new interactions are usually...awkward.

After the events with Lord Greenwood, things slow down as the members of The Folly find themselves with 3 months with which to take care of personal business; some stay in Eldowyn establishing themselves while others go on fact-finding expeditions or seek to help other villages rebuild after the recent giant attack. Before they can get into that, though, the group gathers with Sister Kiri in hopes of saving Stoic's soul from the devil Bulgash, but becomes more than what the party bargains for.

In this special mini-arc that that may or may not be part of the ongoing story of The Folly of the Dark Dragon, the party gets word that their very own Stoic Songsteel has been taken.
