The federal and state-level moratoriums are starting to end which means the evictions process is starting. There are currently millions of dollars available for help however, most Americans don't know how to apply or they have refused to apply for help. What I will be talking about in today's episode is how private landlords have been caught holding the bag with renters they gave a second chance to but also why it's important now more than ever to work or your credit!
