Sometimes when we are balancing work and taking care of our kids it can feel like operating in two worlds. Today I talk about how I learned that self care when you are balancing both is a necessity to create sustainability and consistency in your career. Each course of delusional action is accompanied by real life obstacles that we need to prepare ourselves for as moms, and there is no rulebook as our guide. Through entrepreneurship, we hold the dial in determining how much we dedicate to our careers. It can be a challenge to decipher how to balance your time as a mom who is also striving to achieve her career goals. Listen on to hear my perspective.
