This week we have a big talk about self image, and our habit of not liking ourselves. Is self criticism good and do we take it too far? How can we be sure of our positive traits without being cocky? Do other people focus on our flaws as much as we do? Why is it easier to be self critical than to have pride in ourselves?

Matt and his friend Ian talk to the boys about the power of words and communication - how to keep a level head in an argument, what it means to use certain insults, and how better to express ourselves without bringing the level of conversation down.

As a bonus, you will learn some new words to call your friends when you get frustrated with them... "chicken kicker" is my favourite.
