You've been on the blood pressure tablets long enough that you've stopped noticing them. Nobody's worried. Your numbers are managed, your doctor is content, the repeat prescription renews itself in the background. It's the version of health where nothing is exactly wrong and nothing is getting better either.
Chris Hembrough was there a year ago. COO of a 50-person business, 62 years old, a college football career behind him along with two knee replacements and four back surgeries. Then he held his granddaughter and worked out he'd be 80 at her high school graduation.
Twelve months on, he's off the blood pressure medication entirely, off the statins, and his resting heart rate has gone from 70 to 52.
What makes this one worth your time is how little of it was what you'd expect. He already trained. He already liked the gym. The shift was understanding what he was actually eating, and then making every decision before the moment arrived rather than inside it. Eight days of travel, a family wedding and a business trip back to back, and he came home a pound heavier. Friends at a dinner pushed him to skip the gym and he went anyway, without it feeling like a stand.
He is clear that this was never a diet. It was an education, and somewhere around month six it stopped being something he did and became who he is.

You've built a business on decisions you don't have to make twice. Monday's 9am meeting isn't up for debate every week, so why is your workout? If your health still depends on how you feel when you wake up, you don't have a motivation problem. You have a structure problem.
Motivation is an emotion, not a character trait, and building your health around it is exactly why so many high performers start strong and quietly drift back to where they began. I've got a client with twenty years of competitive training behind him who told me he'd spent five years training reactively once life got busier. What changed it wasn't more willpower. It was treating his workouts the way he treats his diary.
There are four pillars that hold it together: a written training plan, a nutrition framework, tracking, and real accountability to another person. Not a plan for your ideal week. A plan for the week you're actually going to have.
If you want to see what building that structure actually looks like, visit https://www.martinbugaj.com/transform6/

You can run a company. You make hard calls under pressure, manage people, and deliver year after year. So why is your own body the one thing you haven't been able to sort? You've started things, stopped things, and somewhere in the background there's a quiet voice telling you that you should have had this handled by now.
The men who do transform their bodies aren't more motivated than you. Most of them weren't on a burning platform and hadn't had a health scare. They simply had the right conditions around them, and the difference between conditions and motivation is what this episode is about.
Cognitive load research explains why your mental bandwidth is already spent by the time the evening arrives. Behaviour follows identity, not the other way round. And a man who runs his business on targets, data and accountability will run his health on nothing but good intentions.

In this trailer, Martin explains why most health and fitness advice was never built for men living at this pace, and what The Executive Body does differently: real conversations, evidence-based strategies, and tools that actually work inside a demanding life, not in spite of it.

“Welcome back to another episode of Trust The Process—the podcast for high achievers who want to go beyond surface-level results and truly transform, inside and out.
Today, I’m joined by someone who’s played a powerful behind-the-scenes role in the success of a few of our clients—Kyran O'Neal. He’s a mental performance coach who works with high performers across business, sport, and personal development to help them unlock the next level of their potential—not by doing more, but by thinking differently.
In this episode, we’re diving into the mental side of transformation—the stuff most people overlook. We’ll talk about why even successful people feel stuck, how overthinking kills progress, and why simplicity is often the key to lasting change. Kyran’s going to share insights, tools, and powerful frameworks that will help you get out of your own way and start operating at a higher level—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything ‘right’ but still not getting the result… this conversation is for you.
Let’s get into it.”

You've built a career you're proud of. You run a company, lead a team, and deliver results. But somewhere along the way, your body got left behind.
"I should have this…
The problem usually isn't effort. Most of the men I work with are already doing a lot, sometimes too much. They're running on discipline and willpower, the same system that worked in their 20s and 30s. But the body changes, and the circumstances change. More isn't the answer. What used to work then, starts working against you now.
The Executive Body is a podcast for high-performing professionals ready to stop grinding harder and start doing what actually works. Hosted by Martin Bugaj, a coach with nearly two decades of experience coaching high-performing men, every episode brings data over guesswork, identity shift over willpower, and sustainability over intensity, because the body you want starts with thinking differently, not just trying harder.
