Struggling with OCD from a very young age I never thought it was something that I was going to ever get over. I accepted it as a part of my life that I had to learn how to deal with. During times of stress it would get so bad I wouldn't even leave my house out of fear of something bad happening to me. Obsessed with where things were placed in my home and picking up killer germs at work were some of the challenges that I faced at some of the lowest points of my OCD. Because of my obsessive behavior I didn't spend time with many people because I was in a constant state of fear and my compulsive routines would enhance when in their presence.

My obsessive compulsive behaviors were faulty subliminal programs that had been running in the background of my mind since childhood. Resetting those programs of perfectionism, cleanliness and order were detrimental in my healing process. OCD and many other compulsive issues that ail us today are all programs. Programs that run our lives until we find a way to stop the chatter and hit the reset button.
