In a special Halloween episode of We Interrupt This Movie, we talk about the classic horror film The Exorcist. When a young girl (Linda Blair) becomes possessed by an evil entity, her mother (Ellen Burstyn) seeks the help of two Catholic priests (Max Von Sydow and Jason Miller) to try to save her life and soul. With the help of first-class directing from William Friedkin, The Exorcist sets the standard for what horror movies would try to recreate.
