Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!! 🎄
Candice Payne is a mindset and business coach who has created the Shine Louder podcast and community to help you connect back to you. The community is all about sharing stories of woman who have overcome to become!
In this conversation Candice Payne shares her experience and advice on everything from family travel to grief. Losing loved ones is an extremely difficult process to endure. There are multiple stages of grief that we go through emotionally. There is no manual on how to cope with these emotions and there certainly is no right or wrong way to do it either. When you are faced with accepting the loss of someone who is far away, it adds an entirely new set of emotions to an already humongous obstacle.
Christmas time can be a Merry celebration but it can also carry a weight to it if you've ever experienced the loss of a loved one around the holidays. This episode has been strategically placed to help anyone who might be experiencing loss at this time, with the added weight of the holidays, as well as the added weight of being away from all others who would be grieving the same loss.
Candice and I also talk about overcoming fear, creating and nourishing valuable relationships in a new community, and travelling as a young family and the feeling of being a tourist in your own country.
