This week saw a second jurisdiction opt for the Oct 2020 Bar Exam Plan B offered by the NCBE. Maryland joined DC to offer the new test instead of the traditional UBE in July or September. We discuss whether more states will follow and what this means for bar takers across the country. Plus, updates on the California, NY, and Florida bar exams and the surprising decision in Washington state to allow new applicants bar membership without an exam this year.
