Surprise! We're back a week early since the patch literally dropped the day we posted our last episode. We couldn't wait so here's an episode with a full breakdown of the patch notes as well as a lengthy discussion about Men-at-Arms and which of them flex the hardest.

We're BACK! After a Winter Hiatus, the Extra Sheep returns (mostly). Socerton and Beale are joined with Askallad to talk about how Season 6 is going and what they would do to help balance some of the more powerful civs (yep, we're looking at YOU Zhu Xi's Legacy). All that and more in our first episode of 2024!

Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year! The Gang comes together for a live recorded episode of the Extra Sheep! We make a tier list, make jokes, and rib Socerton and Beale for their "cheating civs". All that and more in our final episode of 2023!

The Gang is all here! Askallad got roped in and joined Socerton, Beale, Sir Nevels, and CalerbCalmari for another doozy of an episode. We discuss the new civilizations and what makes them so good (and bad in the Order of the Dragon's case) as well as the discord around how "cheating" they are to play. We also discuss our keybindings, Esports and what makes an athlete, as well as much, much more!

BONUS! Beale interviews Woprok the modder and creator of the Advanced Game Settings Mod and Outback Octagon 2 mod. We saw this post on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/aoe4/comments/17su85y/end_of_advanced_game_settings_mod/?share_id=BhSI8VdT2JyAQtZc5W6tZ&utm_content=1&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_source=share&utm_term=1 where he announced that he was no longer going to support the mod and so we interviewed him about his decision.

*NOTE: Beale's audio is a bit choppy and we apologize for that, but hey, extra sheep are sometimes a bit wonky.

The Expansion is LIVE! Socerton, Beale, Sir Nevels and CalerbCalmari dive into an incredibly long episode filled with discussion of the new maps, civs, and patch notes for Season 6. It's a big one so buckle up and enjoy!

Socerton, Beale, and Sir Nevels go over the 10 announced maps as well as the overview of the Japanese! We also discuss the boar, colors, how we liked Season 5, and what to do about your opponent making a ton of bombards late game (hint: don't let them). All that and more in the final episode before the new expansion goes live.
