Ian Healey '21 and Joe Salinas-Rosa '21 are the president and vice president of the Multicultural Student Union. They speak with Everett Alan about their experiences with the club and the school community. 

Dr. Richardson-Phillips is a the Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She joins Everett-Alan to discuss her pathway to the school and how she views her role in the school's mission. 

This week, Everett-Alan welcomes Mr. Milton Alan Turner '81 to the podcast. He has been teaching French and Spanish at Ignatius since 1987. He and Everett-Alan talk about his long experience with the school community as a student and faculty member.

The Melting Pot is a new show on the EyeCast where members of the Ignatius community discuss diversity, identity, ethnicity, and their impact on the school. In this first episode, host Everett Alan Hood '21 sits down with Mr. Christian Sanders '10 and Mr. David Sabol '99. Mr. Sanders is Assistant Director of DEI and the Director of the REACHING Magis program. He is also moderator of the Multicultural Student Union. Mr. Sabol is the Mathematics Department Chair and moderator of the Eye and the EyeCast.
