She talks about her life as a humanitarian and how submitting to destiny has helped her unlock her potential. The conversation focuses on the idea of submission in relationships and how it works both ways. Trust and surrenderance are important for both people to be able to voice their concerns and be heard.
Nadine stresses that submission is not just about agreeing with someone, but surrendering to the fact that God has the ultimate authority.

Tanya, a progressive HR professional with over 25 years of experience, shares her journey and how she mentored Altimese when she was just starting out in corporate America. The two friends also reflect on their own powerful connection and how it led to their meeting. Tanya Turner is the Director of Human Resources for Salto Systems, Inc., reporting to the President, North America. In this capacity, she provides strategic and executive leadership across all HR disciplines within the North America Business Unit.
The conversation touches on various topics related to professional development, including career change, overcoming challenges, living out faith in the workplace, courageous conversations, conflict resolution, self-awareness, accountability, and maturity in relationships. They also talk about the importance of embracing wholeness and healing trauma responses.
The discussion explores the impact of mentorship on self-love and the power of words and guidance in navigating the workplace as a Black woman. In this episode, we also talk about how to seek mentorship and the benefits of reclaiming your power and taking control of your life.

This marks the last episode of Season 1 of The Ezer Mindset podcast. This conversation centers on a season of loss experienced by Altimese and how she overcame it. She talks about the challenges she faced in the business at the beginning of the year. Despite the difficulties, Altimese remained determined to continue her business and provide for her team. We were going through a rough period; the only way through it was to go through it. In the end, we learned to accept this season of loss and move forward.
Altimese also talks about how The Ezer Agency came into being and how her global team always leads with heart. She talks about how one of her main assignments on Earth is to help women understand that they are more than just a wife or a mother and that there is so much more to them. It is not always easy, but it is a beautiful experience.

Cole is also the founder of Your PR Bestie. She created Your PR Bestie to help support hardworking women who might otherwise feel lost, lonely, or lackluster about their business.
Altimese and Lakesha met in a PR Facebook group. They started talking and instantly clicked. They both decided to leverage their skill sets and work together. They advise against the no new-friends mindset and instead advocate for being open to new relationships and experiences.
