Nutritionist, Naturopath, and mum of 2 (with the third on the way) Kate Holm is committed to the health of families and future generations in a way that is attainable, insightful and inclusive. Kate joins me today to talk about wholefood meals and the new Boob to Food Clinic.
A huge part of Kate's work is providing practical, empowering and supportive education and a safe space for parents to share their feelings and concerns - we all have them! She is a total health nerd, and loves to combine science and functional medicine with more traditional and holistic therapies to uncover the root cause of people's health issues and provide greater understanding and more potent and long lasting change. Kate is the clinical director at Boob to Food as well as the co-host of Boob to Food The Podcast - and in her spare time (!) she runs a family meal delivery service, Newy Supply Co, with her husband Mike.
