Freedom for life is found in the confines of the truth of God’s word.

All scripture is inspired by God. We know we should read our Bibles, but what is the Bible? How should we approach it? When we do, what should we expect to find?

As we conclude our Advent series we see that there are many lights that lead us, but if the true Light isn’t King Jesus, we are being led astray.

Once we receive the light of Christ we are called, as christians, to then reflect the light of Christ in our darkened world.

As we make our way toward Christmas we look to see the light of Christ that shines in the darkness of the world, sin, and our lives. Sean shares his testimony of God’s faithfulness and light in the darkness he’s personally experienced.

In Mark chapter 8 Jesus extends the invitation of discipleship to whoever is willing deny themselves and focus on intentional soul care in Jesus.

When Jesus calls Matthew his whole world changes in an instance, but everything around him stays the same. When we place faith in Jesus everything changes, but nothing changes.

Nathanael was invited to come and see Jesus. He had to leave his old way of discipleship and become a disciple of Jesus. We too must move past the discipleship to culture and follow Jesus.

The disciples of Jesus have left everything for what they cannot leave behind.
