The Failings of the Criminal Justice System

This series is going to address different types of sexual assault, the response to sexual assault, the problems with the criminal justice system’s response and policies, and what we can do to prevent sexual assault and improve our response to victims. The goal is to educate the general public about this topic and combat some common myths that plague conversations of sexual assault in the hopes that we can improve our response to victims when they disclose sexual assault, learn to recognize potential victims, and help steer the conversation to promote norm changes in how sexual assault, and it’s myths, are discussed.
