As the owner of Evelyn LeVasseur Fitness, a company that focuses on helping busy, overwhelmed moms reach their health goals without dieting or deprivation, Evelyn realized after almost 19 years of dieting, that focusing on food and exercise alone was not addressing the root of her weight issue. She had to switch gears and treat herself as a whole woman, not just focusing on the outside.

Evelyn now helps her clients in the very same way by letting every woman know that she can want to change her body and love it at the same time. Most importantly, if we want our children to grow to be strong, self-loving, and confident, we must be willing to live that way for ourselves. We can’t just wish better for them, we have to show them what happiness looks like.
