The Scriptures instruct us to teach the next generation about God and all He has done, that the children belong to the ancestors and that we are to teach the children about the law of God and all His mighty works.

I too was surprised when I read Isaiah 48:-9-15. The scripture says God deferred his anger because the shepherds (rulers) have done nothing for the people. Big banks are being bailed out by the people are not bailed out . Turns out God is angry because the people are hurting

In this scripture, God is giving directives to all leaders, spiritual and political on how to ask Him for help. Zechariah 10:1-4 (NKJV)

Are you chosen? The scripture in Isaiah 49, identifies those who have been chosen from the bowels of our mothers. We have been selected by God to do a work. Whether that is in the community or our professional undertaking, it means that we have become the chosen vessel God uses to effect a change in the circumstances of His people. Blessings to you all.
