Today, we will continue our new series as we begin the journey from spirit-filled to spirit-formed and answer the key questions to this journey: Can you stand the pain?! 

Many believers stop at being Spirit-filled, operating in power, gifts, and even emotion, but fail to allow the Spirit to form Christ within them. Tonight, we will begin a new series as we discover that God’s ultimate goal is not just to use us, but to transform us into the image of His Son. 

 The enemy’s job is to rob you of your rightful inheritance. If he can convince you of WHAT YOU ARE NOT, then you will forfeit all your Godly rights!! There are believers who struggle being in a room where they qualify to be in. In other words, they literally have the qualifications and credentials; however, there is a little old critic in their heads telling them “You don’t belong here”, “You don’t know what you are doing”, “They are going to see you don’t know what you are really doing”, “You are a fraud and they will see”. You are constantly doubting yourself or feeling inadequate despite external validation. This is known as the Imposter Syndrome. This is reason #6 why we experience failure. I want to shift for a moment and address a different population of people. These are people who don’t struggle with the Imposter Syndrome, their intention is to pretend to be something they are not in order to mislead or deceive. 

Tonight, we will continue to understand that our ABBA Father had a plan even before we failed, to the point that God uses our failure to reveal his power to ultimately Glorify The Father!

We learned that there are times in life when anguish and defeat seem to bring us to our knees. God’s response will always be the same: Don’t quit even when all else seems to fail because there is still Power!
