Every fight is not worth fighting. Yet, every believer is engaged

in one battle they cannot afford to lose. It is not the battle against Satan. It is

the battle to remain in the peace of God. The enemy knows that if he can

move you out of God’s peace, he can move you into fear, frustration,

confusion, and ultimately poor decisions! Today, we will discover that Peace is

won long before the crisis arrives. It

One of Satan’s greatest victories is not getting us to quit. It is

getting us to fight from fear instead of faith. Most believers think peace is the

reward after the battle. Jesus teaches the opposite. Peace is the position from

which we fight. Remaining in that peace is our responsibility. The enemy

cannot steal God’s peace from you. He can only tempt you to leave it. Every

battle of life eventually becomes a battle over where you stand. Will you stand

in panic? Or will you stay in peace?

Tonight, we will continue to discover LOVE DARE #3: Will you

keep My Peace when your obedience does not produce the outcome you

expected? The Peace of God is the supernatural place where God remains

good, present, and trustworthy even when life no longer makes sense.

One of the greatest crises facing our culture today is not a lack of

talent, opportunity, education, or resources. It is a lack of vision. The enemy

understands that if he can distort your vision, he can redirect your destiny. This is

not simply a message about men. This is a message about families. Because

whenever God’s vision enters a man, it is designed to flow through a woman and

ultimately bless generations. Today we will discover that clear vision always

results in regaining our Father’s eyes!

Today, we will continue to discover the spiritual pathway

God uses to restore damaged faith called “The Love Dare.” God’s love

unlocks boldness, healing, intimacy, authority, and expectation again. The

Love Dare is dangerous to the kingdom of darkness because it transforms

believers from wounded servants into secure sons and daughters. Today, we

will begin LOVE DARE #3.

It is the will of God that every believer would not merely be

saved, but continually filled and refilled with the Holy Spirit. Yet, many

believers have developed lids that limit what God desires to pour and overflow

in their lives. We exposed the lids of control, the unteachable heart, people

pleasing, and the lid of familiarity. Tonight, we uncover another lid that is even

more dangerous because it often disguises itself as discernment, maturity,

wisdom, and “just telling the truth.”

One of the most dangerous lids is not obvious because it

doesn't look like sin, It doesn't look rebellious, It doesn't look worldly. In fact,

it often sits in church every week. It sings and participates in praise & worship,

knows the Scriptures, serves on teams and attends Bible studies. Yet

something has quietly happened. The heart has stopped being amazed. The

believer still believes in God but no longer expects God. That is the Lid of

Familiarity.

It is the will of God that every believer would not only be saved but filled with the Holy Spirit. The tragedy is that many believers have developed lids that limit what God wants to pour. We exposed the lid of control and discovered that the Holy Spirit cannot fully lead what insists on leading itself. Next, we exposed the lid of the unteachable heart which resists the very transformation He came to produce. Tonight, we uncover a third lid that is often harder to recognize because it disguises itself as kindness, humility, and service.

On Sunday, we discovered that the Holy Spirit is God’s loving takeover of every area that fear, pain, and ruin have attempted to control. The tragedy is not that God is unwilling to fill us. The tragedy is that many believers have developed “lids” that limit what God wants to pour. Today, LOVE DARE #2 (I dare you to let me take control) becomes even more personal. Many believers have been saved, yet they are no longer led. No longer sensitive. No longer dependent. Somewhere along the journey a “lid” developed.
