Darin Gaub is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, former Army aviator, and Executive Director of the Montana Freedom Caucus. Raised in a military family, he served from 1991 to 2019 and spent nearly three decades leading soldiers and aviation operations around the world.

His military career included flying UH 60 Blackhawk helicopters, service along the Korean DMZ, four deployments to Afghanistan, assignments across Europe and North Africa, and command responsibilities overseeing operations across multiple countries. He concluded his Army career in Germany after leading multinational efforts across the region.

Today, Darin works in Montana public policy and supports legislators committed to constitutional government, fiscal restraint, and limited government principles.
