Joe and Ben join us to discuss the films of Luc Besson — The Fifth Element, Lucy, Léon: The Professional, and Valerian — including a bracket-style draft to find the best Besson side character of all time.
We finally sell out and do a Star Wars episode with Ben and Dan — pitching standalone movie ideas for Kathleen Kennedy and asking the bigger question of why we keep talking about these movies at all.
Ben and Nehal join us to talk apocalypse movies — who you'd actually pick to save the world, why Armageddon and Deep Impact both exist, and who the best zombie outbreak patient zero would be.
Cam and Peter share their favourite movies from the past year that you've probably never heard of, then pitch reinventions of bad movies as dark, gritty Oscar contenders — Paul Blart: Mall Cop included.
JP and Joe join us to discuss (and fight about) space movies — building an all-star space mercenary crew and debating which sci-fi planet would actually be worth living on.
David and Manan join us for an hour of bank heist movie talk and drunken rambling — casting the next James Bond, drafting an all-star heist crew, and pitching a movie from a side character's point of view.
Jory and Kevin join us to argue about sports movies — the best fictional athlete, baseball versus basketball versus hockey on screen, and building our dream basketball starting lineup out of movie characters.
Why do video game movies always suck, how would we adapt them better than Hollywood does, and which movie worlds would actually fit each video game genre? Dan and Andy join us to find out.
Classic movie remakes, The Mummy (1999), and an extremely important debate: Kristen Stewart versus Emma Watson.

Carson and Paolo love movies. They don't always love the same movies — and that's the whole show.
Two suburban dads who probably spend more time thinking about film than is healthy — get together every month or so, bring in some friends, and talk about movies for way too long. Sometimes it's a deep dive into a genre. Sometimes it's a year-end list that causes more conflict than it should. Sometimes we're not totally sure what it is, but we had a good time making it and hopefully you'll have a good time listening to it.
