My jaw is still a little dropped at how poignantly HBO Max delivered on The Last of Us live action series by showing us Bill and Frank's relationship. And let's also mention how this relates to Joel's psyche.
Scooby-Doo has decades worth of legacy fans, and they're pretty upset with the HBO Max original Velma. And, while I love Mindy Kaling's writing in general, I can see their point - this show goes too far in a direction that is out of touch with the Mystery Gang's established IP.
