The Fan's View

UFC Bantamweight Malcolm “The Machine” Wellmaker returns to The Fan’s View Podcast for one of his most honest conversations yet.

After bursting onto the UFC scene with back-to-back Fight of the Night performances, Malcolm’s career took an unexpected turn with consecutive losses. Now, he’s entering a new chapter — leaving his longtime home at Fagler MMA in Augusta, Georgia, moving his family to South Florida, and joining the legendary American Top Team.

In this conversation, Malcolm opens up about:

🥊 What he learned from his first UFC losses
🧠 Dealing with the MMA fanbase turning on him
💯 Taking accountability for what went wrong
🏠 Why leaving Fagler MMA was one of the hardest decisions of his life
🌴 Moving from Augusta to South Florida with his wife and child
🥋 Adjusting to training alongside some of the best fighters in the world at ATT
🔨 Learning to be competitive in a room full of killers
💥 Why he believes he was forcing the knockout — and why he's now letting it come to him
🔥 His mindset heading into his October 10 matchup with Otari Tsertsvadze
🏆 Why Malcolm believes his confidence is stronger than ever

Malcolm also talks about the people who stayed by his side through the losses, the difference between his old confidence and the confidence he's developed at ATT, and why he feels like he's living the dream every day.

This is Malcolm Wellmaker like you've never heard him before.
