Deputy Chief Jim Constantineau sits down with Caryn to talk about his 25-year career in the Farmington Police Department. He joined the department in 1999, and boy have things changed! From only 1 computer and 6 squad cars to an authorized strength of 27 officers and 22 squads. He even discusses the first police chief...and you would never guess how he got to a call!
