Over the years, she has lived in Centennial (and South suburbs) and Park Hill, and she recently purchased her forever home in Montclair. A genuine people person, Kelly honed her natural people skills while achieving her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her real concern for others is the driving force behind her desire to do right by her clients — which begins with educating and empowering them with the information needed to make the best decisions. Kelly understands today’s market from every perspective and expertly manages the end-to-end transaction with her strategic collaboration and custom advice. From first-time buyers and experienced investors to relocators, military personnel, and retirees, Kelly helps her clients get to where they want to be. In addition to real estate, Kelly is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors® Government Affairs Committee, which focuses on how the government affects land use and ownership for the community. She also actively involves herself in bettering the community — one of her favorite causes is GrowHaus, which helps provide food and food education. In her free time, Kelly likes to hike, ski, and enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors with her two kids and her dog, Kona.

Born and raised in Saugus, California, Steve has always been proud to call the Santa Clarita Valley his home. Steve attended both Saugus High School and College of the Canyons. Happily married to his beautiful wife, Mary, Steve is also a proud father of two girls and one boy. He cherishes the time he spends with his family and considers them to be his primary motivation in life. Throughout his life, Steve has had a passion for basketball. To this day he is quite involved in the sport, and while he does not play much anymore, he still spends a great deal of his time coaching young people. Steve believes that it is important to make an impact on the younger generations, as they represent our future. Coaching provides him with this opportunity, as do the various projects he gets involved in within the community. One of the most satisfying aspects of Steve's job is helping somebody buy a home. He gets great satisfaction out of helping people achieve their lifelong dreams through home ownership, by providing them with multiple financial options to do so. In addition, he enjoys saving people money with their current real estate holdings. Steve derives a great deal of joy by coaching and guiding younger people in their sports aspirations.
