Vivi Gloriod began her real estate career in 1996, taking a summer job with a builder who had sold 12 houses in 2 1/2 years. Vivi sold 13 houses in 2 months! The builder convinced Vivi to join him full time, and she continued her college education at night. She graduated with a degree in business emphasizing marketing in 2000, along with a minor in math. Vivi recognized the value of investing in real estate early on; purchasing her first property in 1998 and continuing to this day adding investment property to her portfolio. Vivi has helped countless clients in Colorado with the same goals, both buying and selling real estate. In 2021, she even sold 33 homes in 2 months!
